OPINION BY JUDGE BARRY, December 10, 1987:

This is an appeal brought by Richard L. Turtzer as the representative claimant for approximately 1000 employees of Volkswagen of America1 from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a referee's decision that the Office of Employment Security (OES) correctly determined Turtzer's benefit year.
