NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

Appellants Gary Ward and Raymond Baker were terminated from the Hennepin County Work Readiness (WR) program. They sued Hennepin County and the Minnesota Department of Human Services seeking injunctive and declaratory relief, and moved for class certification, as well as intervention of a third plaintiff. Judgment was granted for respondents on all claims. Ward and Baker appeal the denials of their motions for class certification...
