OPINION

HATHAWAY, Chief Judge.

This appeal is taken from the trial court's denial of a petition to terminate spousal maintenance and the award of attorney's fees. We affirm.

The parties were married in 1952. In December 1964, the Maricopa County Superior Court, upon appellee's petition, granted a decree of separate maintenance. The court granted custody of the minor children of the marriage to appellee, provided for child support, and support for appellee...
