The respondent, Russell Vernon Guilford, was admitted to the practice of law in Illinois in 1959. In October of 1984, the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission filed a four-count complaint against the respondent. Counts I and II charged the respondent with the neglect of a legal matter entrusted to him by a client, Richard Brandon, with making misrepresentations...
