In this consolidated appeal, both defendants were convicted, following a jury trial, of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with intent to commit larceny. MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. Subsequently, both defendants pled guilty to being fourth-felony offenders. MCL 769.12; MSA 28.1084. Defendant Harrison was sentenced to a term of five to fifteen years in prison on the breaking and entering conviction, but the sentence was vacated and defendant was thereafter...
