OPINION BY JUDGE PALLADINO, August 12, 1987:

This is an appeal by Irwin Baker (Petitioner) from an order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) denying his request for administrative relief. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
