JURISDICTION

Victor Manuel Arredondo (defendant) was charged with having conspired with co-defendant Felipe Gonzales to murder Encarnacion Rivera. A jury found him guilty as charged. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-1003(D), the trial court imposed a sentence of life imprisonment. The single issue raised on appeal is the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict.
