GILBERT, Chief Judge.

Roland H. Crampton was tried and convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County for driving while intoxicated and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was sentenced on the driving while intoxicated conviction to ninety days in the Montgomery County Detention Center. All but one weekend was suspended in favor of an eighteen month probation. Further, the court imposed a $100 fine for Crampton's failure to reduce speed...
