This is an appeal from the granting of a summary judgment in a declaratory judgment action. At issue is the construction of an aviation insurance policy. The trial court decided this case based on a statement of stipulated facts and the sworn statements of John and Mildred Vance. This evidence showed that John Vance owns Mobile Aire Hangars (Mobile Aire) which is in the business of developing, building and renting aircraft...
