The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General (Petitioner) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review which reversed the referee's finding of willful misconduct1 and awarded unemployment compensation benefits to Ronald M. Losoncy (Claimant).
