LaVerne Brooks appeals the denial of his unemployment compensation claim based upon findings by the Labor and Industry Review Commission that he was unable to work and unavailable for work. Brooks claims that the compensation eligibility standard used to determine when a claimant is physically able to or available for work violates the equal protection clause of the fourteenth amendment to the United States...
