Defendant Air Line Pilots Association, International brought this interlocutory appeal from the district court's decision that the claims against it for breach of the duty of fair representation under the Railway Labor Act are not barred because a two-year, not a six-month, statute of limitations applies. Following the lead of seven other circuits which apply a six-month limitation to fair representation actions, we reverse the district court's ruling...
