This is an appeal from a judgment of contempt entered against appellant Howard Moore in a summary proceeding pursuant to Fed.R.Cr.P. 42(a). Moore is a lawyer. The contemptuous conduct was determined to have occurred during his cross-examination of a witness in a trial. A fine of $500.00 was imposed.
