Defendant was tried before a jury on an information charging him with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2). The jury returned verdicts of guilty on two of the counts but acquitted defendant on the third count. On July 8, 1985, defendant was sentenced to a term of from six to twenty years in prison.
