On October 31, 1985, the plaintiffs filed the two above-entitled class actions wherein damages are sought by individuals who reside in the vicinity of the Industrial Excess Landfill located near Uniontown, Ohio. In these actions the plaintiffs assert inter alia, that they have suffered property damage and personal injuries as a result of contamination of the air, ground and water supply caused by environmental emissions...
