This matter comes before the Court on the government's Petition for Summary Enforcement of a Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) subpoena duces tecum served on the Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company (Newport News). The subpoena demands that Newport News produce certain internal audit materials generated by Newport News between January 1, 1986 and the present.
