This matter is before the Court on the Motion of Defendant Pneumo Corporation to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Defendant Pneumo is a non-resident corporation1 which has not qualified to do business in Mississippi. The Court has considered the pleadings, interrogatories, depositions, affidavits, and arguments of counsel.
