("Sea Colony Development") as Plaintiffs and Alcan Aluminum ("Alcan") as Defendant, and concerns roofing systems provided by Alcan for use in nine condominium buildings known collectively as Sea Colony East, Phases I, II, III, IV, V, VI and VII in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
