There are three motions pending before the Court in this action: (1) defendant's June 15, 1987 Motion for Summary Judgment; (2) defendant's July 24, 1987 Motion to Strike Plaintiff's "Exhibits" which were Submitted in Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment; and (3) plaintiff's August 6, 1987 Motion to Allow Filing of Late Affidavits. The Court will resolve the latter two motions first, after a brief introduction...
