Georgia, Theresa and Tonya Richie appeal from a summary judgment declaring their rights under an automobile liability policy issued by American Family Mutual Insurance Company. Lonny Richie, Georgia's husband and the father of Theresa and Tonya, was seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident. American Family, the other driver's insurer, settled with Lonny for $100,000, its policy limit for bodily injury sustained by one person in a single occurrence. The...
