Grady Melvin Holloway petitions this court for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.

Holloway was charged with trafficking in methaqualone and in marijuana. At Superior Court, Wilkes County, North Carolina, Holloway entered pleas of not guilty to both indictments and filed a motion to suppress. After a hearing, the trial court denied the motion. Holloway then changed his plea from not guilty...
