ASPEN, District Judge:

This is really a rather simple case. The defendant Allen L. Wright Development Corporation ("Wright") had not made any installment payments on a mortgage note insured by the federal government since 1977, and the government foreclosed. Yet, for some reason this action has generated over 400 pages, filling four court files and has taken over a year and a half...
