In this divorce case the trial court valued the marital property subject to division at $196,343 and divided it equally. On appeal, two points are raised: (1) whether the court erred in failing to recognize the "human capital asset of the marriage," a bachelor's degree, and divide it by property division or alimony; and (2) whether the court erred by fixing the date for division of property...
