Following the issuance of a preliminary injunction which was granted by this Court after a hearing at which testimony was taken,1 the plaintiff, Polylok Corporation, moved for an order (1) finding the defendant, Valley Forge Fabrics, Inc., in contempt for violating the terms of the injunction, and (2) pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 37 striking the defendant's answer and awarding plaintiff attorneys...
