This matter is before the court on defendants' motions for summary judgment. Plaintiffs Dennis and Constance Kraemer have brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, claiming a deprivation of their first and fourteenth amendment rights and claiming that the defendants attempted to obstruct justice.
