OPINION

The plaintiff in this case was convicted of one count of felony murder and two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree in 1977. In 1980, the Michigan Court of Appeals set aside plaintiff's conviction of felony murder, and reduced the conviction to that of manslaughter. Plaintiff is currently incarcerated in the State Prison of Southern Michigan. He has filed this lawsuit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against...
