This appeal raises questions about the propriety of sanctions against a plaintiff and one of her attorneys arising out of a sex and national origin discrimination case filed under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the sanctions against plaintiff and her attorney and taxation of costs against plaintiff, and remand the case for further consideration by the district...
