Plaintiff Walter N. Yoder & Sons, Inc. ("Yoder") instituted this action to vacate an arbitration award entered in favor of Sheet Metal Workers' Local Union No. 100 ("Local 100" or "the Union"). The Union counterclaimed, seeking enforcement of the arbitration award. Both parties have filed motions for summary judgment.
