This action began as five consolidated cases which originated when the M/V DAUNTLESS COLOCOTRONIS (the DAUNTLESS) allegedly struck the sunken Combi Line barge CBLL-01315 (the Combi barge) on July 22, 1977, resulting in constructive total loss of the former vessel.
