PER CURIAM.

In this dispute over real estate, the plaintiff appeals the granting of the defendants' motion to dismiss and the denial of the plaintiff's right to a jury trial by the Superior Court (O'Neil, J.). We hold that the plaintiff did not state a cause of action and therefore affirm.
