Richard Michael Skrepich was convicted after entering a plea of nolo contendere to one count of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, a class B felony. AS 11.41.436. Superior Court Judge Peter A. Michalski sentenced Skrepich to a maximum term of ten years' imprisonment. In addition, Judge Michalski ordered Skrepich to refrain from engaging in any direct or indirect contact...
