OPINION

BIVINS, Judge.

Plaintiff seeks damages for personal injuries caused when a restraining strap for a spare tire struck him in the eye. He sued Mrs. Rosenwald, the owner of the car on which the strap was being used, Volvo of America Corporation, the manufacturer of the car, and Santa Fe Mazda-Volvo, the dealer that sold the car.
