This case is before this Court on remand from the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, 825 F.2d 184, sitting en banc and vacating the panel opinion dated April 14, 1987. As ordered in said remand this Court will reconsider this case in light of Anderson v. Creighton, ___ S.Ct. ___, 107 S.Ct. 3034, 97 L.Ed.2d 523.
