OPINION

HOPKINS, Justice.

Appellant, Tony Marlow, appeals his jury conviction for the offense of delivery of methamphetamine in an amount less than 28 grams.

The judgment is affirmed.

Appellant was arrested after selling approximately 21½ grams of methamphetamine to an undercover police officer. The officer testified that Rex Keeling contacted him regarding a sale of methamphetamine. They agreed to meet at a later time to carry out the...
