Joseph James was convicted, following a jury trial, of attempted sexual assault in the second degree, AS 11.31.100 and AS 11.41.420(a)(1), and three counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, AS 11.41.434(a)(1). James was sentenced to a composite sentence of thirty years. James appeals his conviction and sentence, raising several issues.
