This case presently is before the Court for decision on defendants' motions for involuntary dismissal, filed pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure ("FRCP"); defendants' February 24, 1986 motion for partial summary judgment on the legal mail issue; and plaintiffs' July 1, 1986 motion to reconsider denial of motions to strike witnesses and to impose sanctions upon defendants.
