Plaintiff Sam H. Jones, Jr., brought this civil rights damages action against Sergeant Charles W. Pugh and Officer Robert Lee, two members of the Seaford Police Department, alleging various violations of his constitutional rights.1 The alleged violations flow from the defendants' application for a search warrant, the search of Jones' business pursuant to the warrant, and Jones' ensuing arrest....
