Battenfeld provides a pension plan [Plan or Battenfeld Plan] for its employees, and codefendant Bankers Life Company [Bankers Life] serves as trustee for the Plan. Plaintiff alleges that he has been wrongly denied disability payments allegedly due him under the plan from March 1978 until his normal retirement date on December 1, 1983...
