In this original proceeding for habeas corpus relief, relator David Stewart Dabau, confined pursuant to a contempt order for failure to pay previously-decreed child support, contends that he is being illegally restrained of his liberty because he did not receive due process of law at the contempt hearing, and because he was unable, without fault, to pay the ordered child support.
