Oscar Walker appeals from the decision of the Superior Court, Hancock County, ordering summary judgment in favor of Joanne G. Heber on Walker's complaint.1 Because the court correctly determined that there is no genuine issue of material fact and that Heber is entitled to judgment as a matter of law, we affirm the judgment of the Superior Court.
