The defendant-appellant, Board of Zoning Adjustment of K.C. Mo. (BZA), challenges the decision of the circuit court in favor of the plaintiff-respondent, Lloyd A. Hamrick. That decision reversed a finding by the BZA that a structure (child's playhouse) did not violate § 65.042 (I) (B) and (C) which requires a detached accessory building to be at least ten feet from the principal building and at least twenty feet from a building on an adjoining...
