DECISION AND ORDER

In 1978, Anthony Kekona and Patrick Hawkins went to a condominium on Maui where Paul Warford, David Blue, and Harriet Savage were staying. Kekona shot and killed Warford and Blue, and seriously wounded Savage.

Kekona and Hawkins were arrested shortly after the shootings. Kekona plead guilty to two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder. During sentencing, Kekona stated that he and Hawkins...
