This cause is before the Court on a motion for an award of attorneys' fees under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1973 and 1988 filed by private plaintiffs' (Clark Plaintiffs) counsel. The motion, as amended on several occasions, seeks an award of $151,496.33, representing the sum of $69,921.55 in fees; a 100% contingency enhancement of such fees; and the sum of $11,653.23 for expenses.
