This is an appeal from an adverse judgment rendered against the plaintiff in a medical malpractice action.

The plaintiff, Ludwig Kuna, sued appellee, Lifemark Hospitals of Texas, Inc., d/b/a Park Plaza Hospital, alleging negligence on the part of Park Plaza's nursing staff.
