Plaintiffs, Paul and Anna Broad, commenced this action against the law firm of DeGraff, Foy, Conway, Holt-Harris & Mealey ("the DeGraff firm") and two partners in that firm, William Conway and Robert Iseman, basically alleging legal malpractice by those defendants.
