    Defendant, John Holden, appeals the denial of two motions to suppress evidence. The first motion to suppress was premised on the grounds that surreptitious video surveillance and search of trash bags without a warrant violated the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution and article I, section 14 of the Utah Constitution.
