On September 17, 1987 defendant filed a Motion to Quash the Subpoena to Testify Before Grand Jury served upon his attorney after business hours on September 16, 1987. The subpoena sought the attorney's testimony the following day. By telephone on September 17, 1987 the Court approved the parties' agreement to continue the date of the attorney's appearance at the Grand Jury by one week in order to allow the attorney...
