In this action, plaintiffs William Shaheen, Patrick Cragin, PJ Pubs, and Shaheen Construction Company, Inc., bring suit against defendants Preferred Mutual Insurance Company ("Preferred") and Utica Mutual Insurance Company ("Utica") seeking compensatory and punitive damages for defendants' alleged breach of contract and tortious handling of plaintiffs' insurance claim. Plaintiffs also seek declaratory relief
