These three cases have come before the court on defendants' motions to dismiss.1 All three cases arise out of one series of disputes between the plaintiff and his employer, the Norfolk Southern Corporation. The court finds that all three cases involve minor disputes that fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the National Railroad Adjustment Board and on that basis will grant summary judgment...
