The defendants, Noel Remy, Edward Garcia, Liliana Vasquez and Dora Gonzalez, are charged with possessing with intent to distribute approximately two kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sections 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B) and 18 U.S.C. Section 2.
